BRIDGE THE GAPP

Bridge the gApp offers self-help resources, links to local services, and allows you to share your own personal stories. Bridge the gApp also connects you to an eight-week online self-management program called the BreathingRoom. The best thing about it is its accessibility. From a computer, tablet, or a phone in your pocket, you can instantly access that can provide advice, inspiration, assurance, or direction for finding additional supports when you need it the most.

MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS LINE

Call now if you feel you are unable to cope, are thinking about suicide, or if you are unsure of where to turn for help. The Mental Health Crisis Line is a free, confidential service for individuals, family, and friends. The crisis line is province-wide, and available 24/7.

CRISIS TEXT LINE

You can text ‘TALK’ to 686868 to a trained volunteer Crisis Responder who will help with any issues- big or small. The service is free, confidential, and available 24/7.

CHANNAL WARM LINE

The Warm Line is a non-emergency, non-crisis telephone support and referral service. People with lived experience receive training to operate the service.

DOORWAYS WALK-IN CLINIC- ST. JOHN’S

St. John’s Doorways Counseling Services is now offering in-person, telephone, and/or video sessions.

MOBILE CRISIS RESPONSE TEAM- EASTERN HEALTH

The Mobile Crisis Response team is comprised of mental health and addictions clinicians and police officers who are trained to respond together to mental health and addictions-related calls for service. 


The service is 7 days a week from 9 a.m.- 11 p.m.
