Through our connections with housing resources in the community, we aim to reduce the potential barriers for youth in accessing safe and stable housing. We feel that facilitating such connections have the potential to make a real and positive change in the lives of youth and families.
FOOD SECURITY
Accessing regular and nutritious meals can be difficult for some youth and families in need. There are many community agencies and services that provide assistance to these youth and families in obtaining fresh, healthy meals.

Mental Health & ISOLATION
Upstream staff have many years experience working with vulnerable populations with mental health issues, and are well-trained in Mental Health First-Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and thus, have specific skills to address mental health crises and situations as they arise. we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community.
